A. 30-Day Free Returns
You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- * Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, with all parts included.
- * Used or damaged toys cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.

Once we receive and confirm your return, we’ll email you a confirmation. Refunds are processed within
14 days, and depending on your bank, it may take
3–5 business days to reflect on your statement.
C. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

E. Refunds
Once your return is approved and processed, your refund will be issued back to your
original payment method within 14 days. Please allow time for your bank to complete the transaction on their end.
F. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it to receive a full refund.
After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing or production and cannot be cancelled.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may not be eligible for full refunds.
